did not deliver my shopping

<p> I made a purchase on 23 July 2016, I had received an sms on 28 July 2016 at 08:01 which read "Your Zando order ********** 26 is out on delivery today" . I never heard anything form anyone, I further took the initiative of calling Zando on ********** 636 to trace my order and I was given a courier number ********** 542 which I also called but i was hung up on.Today is the 29 July and still no word from any of you, I find this unacceptable, and very disappointing.</p>
