Delivery taking very long

I am VERY disappointed with Zando's delivery. Ordered a pair of jeans on 07/12/2015 and am still waiting, after is was sent to the courier on 14/12/2015. Their tracking system is the pits, one cannot tell where your item is. Not to mention their support, I twice had email queries and am still waiting for any feedback. No thanks, I will give Zando a miss.
