Delivery takes forever!!

Terrible courier service. I ordered 1 item on the 2nd of December which I was supposed to receive within 3-5 working days. Its the 11th and I still haven't received it. Rather outsource your courier services because the in house service delivery is not working as it should. I do A LOT of online shopping and this was the 1st and last time I will order from Zando sorry.
