Delivery sucks!!!

I have placed an order on the 8th of May and i still have not received the parcel. Your Facebook support agents aren't helpful and I can't reach your customer care line. I am really unhappy with the service . This was supposed to be a mothers day gift and is now more than a week late. The delivery date was last week "Delivered between Wednesday 13 May and Friday 15 May" and still nothing!
