Delivery policy says 5-7 working days = NOT TRUE and don't reply to emails.

I ordered on the 27th of August. Received the confirmation emails en payment received email. I phoned on 2 Sept to find out if everything is in order, the guy said i will get my delivery between Tuesday and Thursday. I send an email on 4 Sept to find out what is going on because no one has phoned me to conform delivery. On 5 Sept is the 7th working day (their policy says 5 to 7 working days for delivery). No one has rep**** on my emails and still did not receive my stuff. Tomorrow is day 8. This is very unexceptionable and disappointing.
