Delivery on 3 Days, a it's been 4 and it has not left yet

So I place an order from you guys, apparently a large online store, my first and last. I am told delivery within 3 working days. On working day no 3, aka yesterday, I mailed you guys to find out what is happening and have so far been ignored.

So clearly it was my mistake to place an order form you and expect to get my stuff, so feel free to decide for yourself, you can either make sure my order is in my hand by the end of business today or you can confirm that my order has been canceled and refunded. Totally up to you, but definitely never wasting my time with you people again.
