Delivery not on schedule

I placed a order on the 10th of December hoping to receive delivery before Christmas, but as things are currently standing with my parcel it seems to far fetched. Spoke to the call center on the 19th to ask where my parcel was, they said that they do not know but will get back to me, I also started to phone the courier companies. It took me 10 min to find out that my parcel is in the Upinton branch of DSV. Phoned the Upington branch, they said that the parcel is not with them, but they will have another look. Got a call from Upington branch about an hour later. They found the package, it was misplaced and was buried under other packages. I will ship out to Springbok branch once they have space in a vehicle. Apparently the do not have enough vehicles to handle all of the parcel because of the new mall in Springbok. (They alwas welcome the business but never delivers on the service) When will I receive my package ZANDO before Christmas or only NEXT YEAR?
