Delivery Nightmare

Today I received a call from one of Zando's delivery guy ***) stating that they are here to deliver my order but they refuse to enter my area because ''they fear the township'' and ''they are driving a big truck'' so they requested I meet them in a center nearby, I refused as I did not write the center as the delivery address.

The two men decided to go back with my order without delivering my order. I've been this disgusted and discriminated ever in my life. Zando really needs to re-evaluate its courier companies. This is unacceptable. I don't understand why they agreed to delivering my order in a ''township'' then they refuse again.
