Delivery issue

I placed an order with Zando which was supposed to be delivered in 3 days and I have to wait for long, when I do follow up I was told the order was shipped on 15 05 2020 and is currently with Dsv courier Johannesburg depot. There is no tracing number where I can I track my order and no communication. They ignore emails at zando. I need my order urgently. I have patient enough. Order number ***. I'm not satisfied with their service.
