Delivery

As first timer I'm really frustrated with Zando and their delivery partner. The driver called me and I told him I was not home he can come tomorrow, since them the nightmare started. The drive **** saying the address that was given was not correct. Since then we are a week later and still I haven't received my parcel. Every time I call the helpdesk they are saying my parcel will be delivered the next day, come the next day still nothing. I asked to cancel the order even that is a problem. This will be my first and last time me ordering from Zando.
