Delivery delayed. Item that was on stock on order are out of stock after a week long processing

I ordered items on black Friday promotions, It was in total 11 items i meant to order but 3 went out of order while their app kept crashing on my phone. So i logged in on my computer and completed my order there and missed 3 items so in total i ordered 8 items.

Then after the allocated 5 days, i still see no change in my delivery status. Items are still being processed. Then on the 7th working day, one items(that i was really looking forward too gets).

After multiple calls to their call center, i get promised that my items will arrive Tuesday the latest and that it was handed to the courier on Monday.

I call on Tuesday 3:30PM and I'm told that the items were handed to the courier Tuesday(Already a discrepancy, it was handed in monday i got told earlier and she added that it will arrive on Wednesday...)

This has been a horrible shopping experience so far and i really wish i didnt go online and just went to an actual shop...said discount can also be found at stores near me so it is really not a train-smash .

Oh yes and my item that i payed for and turned out to be out of stock after a week, they gave me back a voucher for it...(Like i brought the item with a voucher). Once again i phone because im not about to wait longer to get a new item and once again at least 5 day processing...

So easy to take our money and very hard to deliver.
