Delivery confirmation email received but no parcel

Hi<br> <br> I received a delivery confirmation email this morning that my parcel was delivered, but I did not receive my parcel. I checked with our receptionist and asked around the office and nobody in the office had signed for the parcel.<br> <br> Upon phoning Zando to find out what happended to my parcel I was informed that I had signed for it, but obviously I did not!<br> <br> I want to know what Zando is going to do about this as I paid extra for faster delivery and have not received my parcel!!<br> <br> My order number is ***.
