delivery / bad customer service

I purchased online at 9pm on 29 apr and the delivery policy is as follows: Next Day Delivery - Need your goodies quick and fast? R60 will ensure delivery of your order to your door the next working day! Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 16:00 on a working week day. Not available for COD and EFT payment options.<br> With this I expected delivery 30 april as I understood order needa to be placed on the day before 16:00. On the 30 apr I called to query a lady advise she will check with courier amd call back. No call received. I call again and a guy Luke advised he cannot check and cannot call back as they are not allowed to make calls out. A week prior I had a voucher that was not working and a lady Shannon called me twuce to check if ita working. So y could Luke not call back? I assume it was because it was almost home time and was not interested in going the extra mile. I will never order from Zando again and will take my business to Superbalist or take alot as I have only evwr had good service and fast delivery with options to collect which is great. When my order from takealot was not delivered in time I got my goods and a refund of my money.
