Delivery and customer support im adequate

I place my online order on the 7th. Yesterday (18/12/2018) I followed up on my order because I am leaving for vacation today, and needed my order. The consultant told me they will make an arrangement to have the order delivered yesterday. I am still waiting and no one has gotten back to me after numerous emails and numerous attemtps to get through to the customer contact number. I urgently need my order.

I placed my order on the 7th of December and since the 7th the order is still being " processed" please can someone assist me, I have such a headache trying to get through to zando!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible service.
