Delivered to a stranger

Ordered items worth over R1000 and paid for next day delivery. Order was scanned as delivered, I am still uncertain to who actually received it as I did not sign for it, will probably wait for an eternity to get my cash back

I was on hold for 10 minutes, no resolution. Waiting for a call back to tell me who signed for my order. Sent an email. No response.

Service delivery is definitely not your strong point
