deliver guys

<p>i bouhgt shoes at zando and the size was too small, i had trouble trying to return them till they called me. when the courier company came to collect today they went on the wrong building after i specied that they should come to the new building where they 1st came. i waited for an hr for them to collect they shoes, i do not know what courier company they using they guy was so rude, and m still with the shoes which means they went back without taking them. m so bored.</p>
