Delays all round

I recently ordered some items, all payment went through, when the order arrived one item was missing. Logged in and said it was out of stock. Called call Centre, sent emails and eventually over 3 weeks later I get a response with my voucher. I placed another order using same voucher, it's still in processing since 9/6. No response to my emails, called call Centre took 7min & no one picks up. Called them again 17.30 and automated voice says they are closed, call between 8 & 18.00 Mon-friday. Are you guys closing down or what's the story?
