Delayed refund

I requested a collection of shoes and the courier came last week Thursday which was the 14th for the first per and the second per was collected Wednesday the 20th. I have been waiting to know whether the shoes were received or not. Nobody is saying anything. These are the return numbers # ********** 58 and # ********** 78. What is happening?
