Delayed Deliveries, No Community Management on SM, No Communication

@Zando, you don't even deserve a single star. The disappointment I wasn't prepared for. I placed my order on the 8th with expected delivery on the 15-19, I'm still waiting even now, no comm whatsoever from their end, call centre closed, I've been tweeting to myself on their page, Sent dms still nothing, you send an email you get a response that you can tell the person didn't bother checking what the issue is. Me shop at Zando, shoot me. It's appalling to say the least.
