DE*****ED THROUGH ONLINE SHOPPING WITH ZANDO

We placed an order with Zando at the beginning of April. We were patient with lock down. I then followed up last Friday only to find out the goods were delivered already. Where...I have no idea.I never received these goods. My wife's signature was forged on the delivery note. We can't call them. Only email. They're adamant we received the goods. THE GOODS WERE NEVER RECEIVED....WE HAVE BEEN DE*****ED USING ZANDO ONLINE SHOPPING. MONEY SPENT WAS R2000 FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED. How do I get hold of Zando????? STAY AWAY FROM ZANDO!!!!!!
