Damaged Item No Collection

I have had the worst experience trying to return a damaged item for 3 months now. I have called, emailed and nothing has been done. Service agents keep assuring me that the item will be collected but nothing happens, they just close my case without actually resolving it. I am very dissapointed with the service I have received.
