Damaged clothing recieved

I received my order Yesterday after waiting 4 Days. The hoodie has a torn bag and also the straps are wrong. I cannot log a return because your site shows that the hoodie is not yet delivered and there is no option for returns, yet the hoodie was delivered 2 days ago?<br> <br> They do not reply on your emails, and you only get an automatic email which tells you that your request has apparently been logged. I sent an email 2 days ago when i received the hoodie and no one has contacted me since!<br> <br> Please resolve this ASAP and return the full amount of R659
