Customers come last

This is the second time in 2 weeks that i have placed an order, the money goes off my bank account. Thereafter Zando cancels the order stating payment unsuccessful and i have to wait 7 working days for my money back????? Took them over a week to get back to me with their first error and upon phone customer services i get told there is nothing they can do?????????
