Customer Service NON EXISTANT!

<p>I placed an order with Zando online before black friday and all was in order, delivery came before expected.</p> <p>When i recieved my parcel the Levis shirt had a flaw. My email to them:</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to exchange an item but the system has not been updated yet. ORDER *******</p> <p>I received my order 20min ago and one of the Levi's shirts has a manufacturing error... the label on the pocket does not show the levi's brand, please see attached. I would please like to exchange it if you have another large available?</p> <p>Levi's Short Sleeve Sunset Shirt Blue<br />Size: L<br />Product SKU:LE530AA21OLUZAFAS-526286</p> <p>Then I would also like to follow up on ORDER *******, this was placed before the above order just want to confirm all is fine with payment as I see it says order received since being placed?</p> <p> </p> <p>Its 3 days later and 2 emails have been sent with no response! Bitterly disappointed in Zando's customer service and Levi's quality of shirts they send to suppliers.</p> <p>If someone could please get back to me in this regard?</p>
