Customer service for what?!

I called on 29 Nov updating Zando that my delivery address. Spoke to Kezia from the customer service department and confirmed that she will inform the guys of the updated address. Today I get an email advising me that my order was delivered to the wrong address!!!! Order ********** 57 Over a 2 weeks and they still mess up the delivery!
