So i placed an order September 16 and on the 21st i received it was out on delivery, day passed and no items received. I phoned customer care the 22nd to be told that delivery failed and they are yet to follow up on reasons why.. Their time line is 3-5 days but guess what, i "might" (no sense of accountability whatsoever) get my stuff only on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday!!!! What about my plans???? Zando miss me with your bullsh*#t, i am never shopping by you again!!
