Complete disregard to client satisfaction/service

Pathetic responses! <br> Copy and paste apology emails,closing calls before even being resolved!<br> No commitment to client satisfaction!<br> Continuously having to follow up with the supplier and after over a month of back and forth correspondence i still have not received my package!!!<br> Pathetic pathetic pathetic!!!!! <br> Reasons like this is why people do not trust shopping online, and i now see why!!
