Complaint: Zando (pathetic service & can not get hold of them)

Ordered clothes from Zando Online. One of the items was the incorrect size. Tried for days to get hold of them via phoning and emailing. No one answers the 086 number. Also when I phoned, I was holding on for more than 8 minutes at a time.
