Complaint

I ordered staff in November and was promised delivery within 5 to 7 days, it's over a Month since and I am yet to receive the staff I ordered. Worse my Account with Zando doesn't show any history of the order. Am left frustrated because any form of communication I initiate is ignored. What a ****y company Zando is and I hope to never use their platform again. But I need my money and will be taking legal action.
