Complaint

I bought a pair of shoes three months ago online. I received the parcel, unfortunately the size 7 was a small cut and couldn’t fit me. I was impressed when they agreed to take the shoes back though they took time to collect.

They never confirmed that they received the parcel till I send an email following up. They confirmed and apologized for not letting me know. Till today I haven’t received my money back. I’ve been sending emails with no response from them till they respond saying they have sent the voucher number to an incorrect email address.

I need my money back please.
