Complaint

I made a purchase and mistakenly entered an incorrect reference number . Now I`m getting emails saying my purchase is pending payment and l have responded to the email five times with my proof of payment

I don`t even want to talk about the number of long holding unanswered calls that l have made , my longest holding time thus far has been 15m 36sec

I would appreciate assistance as l purchased a gift for a family member who`s birthday is tomorrow . I made the purchase on 07.12.2018
