Complaint

I bought a pair of Boots for R299 from Zando shoes but unfortunately I had to return it because it was small and the zip could not close and requested Zando to credit me so that i can buy another boots. 2 weeks after returning my Boots they sent me a picture of a damaged shoes which im not even sure if it was the same boots because on the picture you can only see the bottom of the shoes. They want to say i damaged the shoes even though i explained to them i could even wear the boots because it didn't. When they investigate they didn't even take me into consideration even after i told them that the delivery guy mentioned that he will see if his sister wont fit in the boots and if she does he will then buy the boots and send my money. Zando believes the delivery guy/courier company over me but i have been spending a lot of money from them every month. I asked them why would i like about R299 while i have been a loyal customer to Zando for so long.
