Collect these items its not funny !!

I ordered a size 4 sneaker online and on arrival the box said size 4 ,but inside it was a size 5 ,n ow I've requested for this to be collected for a refund and I've asked this 4 times already its almost 3 weeks and still no one has picked the shoes up.

Please don't think you smart with me. its not my problem that you guys cant read sizes on online orders, i don't want this size 5 sneaker i want my money back.
