<p>The absolute worst experience ever - 3 times over.</p> <p>These guys have no idea what the term Customer Service / Satisfaction means.</p> <p> - They NEVER deliver as advertised and</p> <p>- They NEVER answer their fricken Customer Care Line.</p> <p>- They NEVER reply on the service emails</p> <p>Zando is going to embarras me this Christmas by not delivering the order I've placed on the 9th of December 2016 already.</p>
