CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE

I have tried to unsubscribe from Zando's website several times to no avail. I receive the unsubscribe successful but still get emails. I emailed the [Email Removed] email addr and received confirmation from an agent that I had been removed from the list. BUT I'm still getting emails! Cannot stand the Spam - remove my email address!!!
