Call me back I’m still waiting

I am very angry at zando, I placed an order paid for it, received the order order however they deliver the wrong size. I sent them numerous email about it so that they can send me the correct size, I received an auto response which confirmed they will get back to me in 2 days, a week went passed and I didn’t receive any response so I called and spoke to one of the consultant that said they will escalate the matter and she promised to call me back.. it’s now another week that went by and I still have not received the call back I was promised... i am highly irate.. I keep calling them but I never receive any response and I am tired of calling.. please get back to me
