Broken Promises

I am extremely unhappy. Another order was incorrectly delivered to my address. I called the next morning and Fazlin promised to have the order delivered today via express. No further confirmation or update was provided. I called this morning to find out the status and Fazlin expressed surprice that the courier had not yet been to complete, apparently what was to be an exchange of packages. She promised to provide feedback but as of now, I still don't have any feedback. The courier has definitely not been to exchange parcels, my third call to Zando has been met with a promise that they would ask her to call me on my cell. Considering how often I use Zando, I am fast losing patience! I can accept errors happen from time to time, but this litany of broken promises and complete lack of feedback is unacceptable - I will think twice before using Zando again, for sure!
