Bought an item, billed me, no delivery till and no refund

Zando useless. Bought a dress two weeks ago. They debited my account. Few minutes later my order was cancelled because they say there was an issue with my bank. Called the bank, and the bank says ZANDO is lying, the money is sitting with their bank. Till today, no dress and no refund of my money. In monday last week (16th October 2017) they say they have refunded me and should give it 3 days to clear. Today is the 24th October 2017 and my money is still not in my account. I will never buy from ZANDO again. Bad customer service. They don't even deserve any vote
