BLOODSUCKING ******* -EARNING INTESEST ON OTHR'S MONEY

i ordered sneakers for my kids on 03 December. The delivery should have been 3-5 working days, so i decided to call on 10 Dec 2019, as there was no further update on my order besides payment received. To my surprise after holding the line for over 25 minutes, I was told that, they have a backlog since black Friday. i then asked why was i not informed, and then told that the email to client will go out today. I'm very disappointed as i needed those sneakers for a special event this coming Saturday. I now have to run a round to find money to get my kids other shoes to wear. Zando said that they can only refund me in 14-30 working days, which might be end of next year if I'm lucky. So while im looking for money right now, Zando's bank balance is growing with interest on my money laying in their account. This is so unfair, and i promise to never, ever buy from them again! ZANDO IS LEGALIZED *******, SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF PEOPLE BY HOLDING ON TO OTHER'S MONEY, TO GROW THEIR BANK BALANCES! (BLOODSUCKERS)
