blatant disregard to send order but money taken from bank.

unprofessional. no reply to complaint. items ordered on the 27/11 and still in processing to date when delivery shown is 3-5 business days. emails fall on deaf ears and no answer at call centre. if they don't have the capacity to fulfil orders , then they should refund their customers so that we can spend our money elsewhere.
