black friday no zando orders still

I usually buy quite often and no issues, but when it comes to black friday they are not prepared for the heavy load. I have not received orders since the 25th November and today is already way into December. I mailed them yesterday regarding this issue and all I have gotten back was an automated reply. A day later and no better, all of my order are still in the status of 'order received', no where near processing.

This is beyond ridiculous.
