Black Friday at Zando

I am pleasantly surprised at the level of efficiency and service received from Zando during their Black Friday promotion #BlackFriday. The website clearly stated the delivery period would be delayed between 5 to 7 days, due to the increased traffic on the site,therefore, I didn't give the delivery of my order much thought. To my utter amazement, I had received my order far earlier than expected and it had been neatly packaged. To some this my not mean much, however, prompt and efficient customer service must always be acknowledged especially in South Africa. So well done Zando
