Bitterly disappointed

My Order has not arrived yet after almost a week, order no. ********** 57. The Track your order option on the website is very useless. It has been saying "order is being processed" since the day I made the order.

I have tried the call centre countless times to no avail, and I have sent 2 emails. Both were ignored.

I am starting to feel as though I was ****med.

This is the first and last time I will make use of Zando.
