Bitter disappointment. Shockingly bad service

My delivery just hasn’t arrived. Ordered the stock middle November and it’s now middle December. Tried calling them 3 times, call never answered, held for over 7 minutes on each call. Sent emails and still have had no feedback whatsoever. I am bitterly disappointed in this company. They should close their doors rather.
