birthday present disappointment - heartbreaking

<p>i placed an order well in advance to ensure i received my gift to myself in time to wear on my birthday. Delivery time was supposed to be 3 to 5 working days. Its now been 6 working days, almost two hours spent on the phone at various times to track my parcel, broken promises, refusal to give courier details and finally a cancellation on something i really wanted and took the time to order because of the digusting service received.</p>
