Billed but no order placed!

I am totally ****ed, spent all morning adding to my cart, and then when i check out, they deducted the money from my account but said there was an error on my order! Now the funds are not available for me to purchase anywhere else! Totally upset! why deduct the money if you cannot fulfil the order! check first to see if you can fulfill the order and then trigger the deduction! Idiots!
