<p>I always buy things from zando and I always select standard delivery and get my items the next day..</p> <p>I ordered a bag on tuesday 20th June and yesterday the 21st June I got a call from zando at about 10 to say my order is on its way and will be by my house before 4pm and as I was at work, my mother had to sit at home and wait all day..I got home from work around 8pm and still no delivery..I then called this morning 22nd June and asked where is my item, I was told that it is definitely coming today by a consultant Conetta and that she will escalate it and make sure they call my mom before they arrive..she again waited all day and I came home at 5pm and still no delivery, I again called zando and spoke to another person who apologized and said she doesn't know why it was not delivered but will escalate it to her manager and if not by the end of today then for sure it will come tomorrow..I need this bag for this weekend for Eid and I advised her if it is not here I will cancel the order..I don't understand why I was given the impression and told it would be delivered when the consultant knew she was lying to me..why call to tell me you will do something and then not, I do not understand why I was **** to like that..I feel I have been ****med by your company and your workers are just as useless too..</p>
