BEWARE - Zando Platform

I should have done my homework before making use of this platform. Just a warning to other potential buyers to check their review status before wasting any money on purchasing items from them. I ordered a jacket from them, but the quality is very bad. After wearing it once the threads started coming lose and the item is falling apart. I noted that the item came from China.

I've been trying to return the item without any success for weeks now. First the excuse was that my emails got lost in their junk folder, then after numerous follow ups I spoke to a lady that told me my request was rejected. No reasons given, just: the system said so. . . .

Unfortunately, I learned a very expensive exercise with this company. I hope my warning/review will make potential buyers think twice before using them. I don't think they are aware of their bad rating or if they are, they just don't care. . . . .
