One star is actually a compliment compared to the non existent service from Zando. I loggeda return 19 August and still waiting. Numerous emails and chats on Jumia platform later and still not a chirp from them about when my return will be collected. I guess they have now joined the ranks of many other online ********s. Zando used to be extremely reliable and professional but has gone down in smoke like many other SA companies. They should be reported to the police for *****.
