BAD/WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have ordered items from Zando only to find out that their sizes are small and I logged for returns which took 2 to 3 weeks before they collected those items. Today is the 19/03/2020 and I still haven't receive my refund for the items that I bought and delivered on 29/01/2020.

I am shocked and surprised that a company like Zando and it's IT cannot manage their warehouse system for returns. Their system cannot allow any of them/nor me to cancel the return once it was logged and not returned. I spoke to their manager and he seems to be puzzled with their system as well. I am just waiting for them to refund my money and I will never buy from them ever again.
